Located in Harlan county, Kentucky, United For Jesus Ministry is a faith-based ministry dedicated to serving the Lord and reaching the lost in our community through Vacation Bible Schools, back yard Bible clubs, block parties, sport-camps, barbecues, multi-housing ministry, crusades, concerts and other community activities.
United for Jesus has converted an old school into a mission center where we house our volunteers who come and minister in the community. We have two bunk rooms with nine bunk beds and two single beds in each for a total of 20 men and 20 women. We also have two more rooms for larger groups with ten single beds in each one. There is a large kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium and chapel. We also host retreats.
The mission center does not provide bed linen, therefore, we ask that you bring single bed sheets and/or sleeping bags, blanket and pillow. Also bring your own toiletries.
A donation of $10.00 per person per night is requested and should
be paid upon arrival.
